Preconstruction Planning

We utilize the same team for estimating and construction services. Our budget and schedule control processes result in on-time, on-budget completions. Project-specific logistics, safety and quality are developed and monitored for each project.

Construction Management
Braewood Developments Inc. will act as the general contractor on behalf of the Owner as the Construction Manager. In this capacity, we are responsible for job costing, construction value input, sub-trade tendering and subcontract awards, construction scheduling, and on-site management.
